Confirm supplier, price, and terms
Once you are comfortable with a supplier, key details such as price, specification, quantity, lead time, packaging, and payment terms are confirmed.
Follow production
We keep in contact with the supplier, follow agreed milestones, and help address questions that arise during production.
Coordinate quality checks
Quality requirements are confirmed before inspection. Checks may be coordinated directly or through an independent third-party inspection provider when appropriate.
Coordinate shipment handover
After your approval, we help organize shipment information and coordinate with the selected freight forwarder or logistics provider.
